Mint Peanut Chutney Recipe | 1 Minute Instant Chutney For Idli Dosa Puri or Chapati

Servings - 2


  • 1/4 cup coriander leaves 

  • 1/2 cup mint leaves/pudina 

  • 4 - 5 red dry chillies 

  • 1/2 cup roasted peanuts (I'm using readymade peanuts)  

  • 2 tbsp dry coconut powder 

  • Star gooseberry-sized tamarind 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Water, as required


  1. Add coriander, mint, roasted peanuts, chillies, garlic, tamari, and coconut in a blender jar. 

  2. Next, add salt and water, then blend to a coarse or smooth paste as per your preference. 

  3. Serve this pudina/mint peanut chutney with idli, dosa, puri chapati or as a bread spread for the sandwiches. 

Note: You can roast all the ingredients with 2 teaspoons of oil and then grind.
