Mint Peanut Chutney Recipe | 1 Minute Instant Chutney For Idli Dosa Puri or Chapati

1/4 cup coriander leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves/pudina
4 - 5 red dry chillies
1/2 cup roasted peanuts (I'm using readymade peanuts)
2 tbsp dry coconut powder
Star gooseberry-sized tamarind
Salt to taste
Water, as required
Add coriander, mint, roasted peanuts, chillies, garlic, tamari, and coconut in a blender jar.
Next, add salt and water, then blend to a coarse or smooth paste as per your preference.
Serve this pudina/mint peanut chutney with idli, dosa, puri chapati or as a bread spread for the sandwiches.
Note: You can roast all the ingredients with 2 teaspoons of oil and then grind.
