Bisibelebath Powder | Karnataka Style Bisibelebath Powder Recipe
1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
8 to 10 - inch cinnamon
9 to 10 cloves
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/4 cup cumin seeds
1½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp asafoetida /hing
10 Guntur chillies
10 Byadagi chillies
1 cup coriander seeds
1/2 cup urad dal
1/2 cup chana dal
Dry roast chana dal, urad dal, coriander seeds each one separately.
Roast the chillies until crips drizzle some oil while roasting.
Dry roast fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, cloves, poppy seeds, cumin seeds, and black pepper together.
Allow the roasted spices to cool down completely.
Add asafoetida and grind to a fine powder.
Store the Bisibelebath powder in an airtight container.
