Ingredients: 

• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 

• 1/4 tsp baking soda 

• 1/2 tsp baking powder 

• 1/4 tsp salt 

• 1/4 cup butter 

• 1/4 cup sugar 

• 1/4 cup powdered sugar 

• 1 egg 

• 1 tsp vanilla extract  

• 1/4 - 1/2 cup chocolate chips  

Method: 

1. Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl and mix well.  

2. Beat the butter, sugar and powdered sugar until creamy. 

3. Add in the egg and vanilla extract, and beat until smooth. 

4. Now, combine wet and dry ingredients together. 

5. Next, add the chocolate chips and fold well. 

6. Fill the ice cream scoop with dough, and release it onto the baking sheet. 

7. Bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 375 F for 10 - 12 minutes or until light brown on the edges.
