Microwave BANANA BREAD CAKE in 5 Minutes | You're Never Going to Fail with this Recipe
1/2 cup Nutella
1/3 cup whipping cream
1 cup self-raising flour (Watch Video on my channel for self-raising flour )
1 tbsp whipping cream
2 tbsp Nutella
In a large bowl whisk the Nutella and egg together until well combined.
Then add whipping cream whisk for 5 minutes or until smooth and well combined.
Now add in a pinch of salt and fold in the flour in 3 batches. Stir until no white clumps remain.
Then peel and chop the banana, add the chopped banana to the Nutella mixture and fold.
(Don't over mix the batter).
In a microwave container place, the parchment paper.
Pour the batter into the prepared container and microwave for 5 minutes or until an inserted skewer comes out clean. (My cake took exactly 5 minutes to cook).
Let the cake cool down completely before decorating. (Do not refrigerate the cake).
In a small bowl, whisk together 3 tbsp Nutella and whipping cream.
Use a spoon to drizzle the Nutella glaze over the banana bread.
Let it sit for a few minutes and then slice to serve.
