Hash Brown Omelette | Breakfast in 10 Minutes

Servings - 2



Ingredients: 


  • 1 cup grated or shredded potato 

  • 1 onion 

  • 3 eggs 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Pepper to taste 

  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour 

  • Oil  



Method:  



  1. Add grated potatoes, onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and all-purpose flour in a large bowl.

  2. Mix all the ingredients well. Heat a nonstick frying pan and brush with some oil. 

  3. When the oil is hot, add a big spoonful of potato mixture into the pan and flatten it into a ring shape. 

  4. Add egg to the middle of the ring and cook for 4 - 5 minutes on medium heat. 

  5. Flip over and cook until browned and crispy.  

  6. Serve hot as a breakfast or brunch.
