Hash Brown Omelette | Breakfast in 10 Minutes

1 cup grated or shredded potato
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Add grated potatoes, onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper, and all-purpose flour in a large bowl.
Mix all the ingredients well. Heat a nonstick frying pan and brush with some oil.
When the oil is hot, add a big spoonful of potato mixture into the pan and flatten it into a ring shape.
Add egg to the middle of the ring and cook for 4 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
Flip over and cook until browned and crispy.
Serve hot as a breakfast or brunch.
