Mango Lassi | Indisches Getränk mit Mango & Joghurt

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 Mangoes 

  • 1 1/2 cups Natural yoghurt 

  • 1/4 cup Sugar

  • 1 cup cold Milk

  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

 

Method:

 

  1. Wash, peel and chop the mangoes.

  2. Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until it is smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour into 2 individual glasses, garnish with some mint leaves and serve.


Note: Consistency and Sugar can be adjusted accordingly.
