Mango Drink | Half Ripe Mango Summer Drink | Jal Jeera Drink Without Sugar

Servings - 4


Ingredients: 



  • 2 cups half-ripe mongo, chopped  

  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder 

  • Balck salt or pink salt to taste 

  • 5 - 6 mint leaves 

  • 2 tbsp lime juice 

  • Brown sugar to taste (optional) 

  • 2 1/4 water Ice cubes 

  • For garnishing:  Brow sugar, mint leaves and lime wedges.  



Method: 



  1. Peel the skin of the mango and chop.  

  2. Blend the mongo, roasted cumin powder, black or pink salt, lime juice, mint and 1/4 cup of water in a blender.  

  3. Open the blender lid, add 2 cups of water and blend again. 

  4. Now, take a tall serving glass and rub the lime juice along the edge of the glass rim.

  5. Turn the glass upside down and dip it in the sugar. 

  6. Add ice cubes and lime wedges.  

  7. Pour the blended mango and garnish it with mint leaves and lime slices. 

  8. Serve chilled.
