Garlic Prawns with Thyme

Ingredients:


  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 3 to 4 Garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp chilli flakes

  • 3 sprigs fresh thyme

  • 400g prawn

  • Salt to taste

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


Method:


  1. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.

  2. Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.

  3. Then add chilli flakes and thyme sauté.

  4. Now add prawn, salt and lemon juice.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until done.
