Garlic Prawns with Thyme
Ingredients:
1 tbsp oil
3 to 4 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp chilli flakes
3 sprigs fresh thyme
400g prawn
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method:
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan.
Add garlic, sauté for 30 seconds.
Then add chilli flakes and thyme sauté.
Now add prawn, salt and lemon juice.
Cook for 3-4 minutes or until done.
