6 cabbage leaves
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
3 tablespoons red bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons yellow bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons spring onion, chopped
Wash and pat dry the cabbage leaves.
Take 2 cabbage leaves and add one egg to it.
Repeat with the other 4 cabbage leans and 2 eggs.
Transfer them to a steamer insert. Next, sprinkle some salt and pepper.
Add bell peppers and spring onion over the egg.
Steam them for 5 minutes or until done.
