Chia Seed Pudding | Vegan Chia Seed Recipe
1cup Coconut Cream
1/2 cup Soy Milk or regular milk
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
Mixed Berries (I used Blueberry Raspberry & Blackberry)
In a large bowl add coconut milk, soy milk, vanilla, sugar and mix.
Add chia seed and mix well.
Cover and soak for 30 to 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes mix the pudding well.
Gently pour 2 to 3 tbsps of pudding into a glass jar, followed by some berries. Repeat this process until you have filled your glass.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
