Easy Sesame Chicken


  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

  • 4 to 5 red chillies

  • 1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste

  • 500g boneless chicken

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp chilli powder

  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup

  • 3 tbsp soya sauce

  • Some green onions


  1. Wash and cut the chicken breast into strips or bite-size pieces. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet, add sesame seeds, give it a good mix till the seeds became golden brown.

  2. Add red chillies and fry for a second. Then add ginger and garlic paste, sauté.

  3. Add chicken and cook the chicken for 5 mins, add salt, chilli powder, tomato ketchup and soya sauce. Mix well.

  4. Cook until the sauce gets thick and chicken gets dry.

  5. Sprinkle some green onion and serve hot.
