Palak Paneer Cheese Dosa Recipe
If you want to give a new twist to regular dosa, make this Indian fusion Palak Paneer Cheese recipe. It tastes different but delicious.
Numbers - 4
2 tbsp oil
1 large onion
1 tsp ginger - garlic paste
1 bunch spinach/palak
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup grated paneer
1/2 cup grated cheese
Heat the oil in a nonstick pan.
Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Next, add ginger - garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add chopped spinach and salt and cook the spinach until done.
Add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder.
Stir and cook the spices for a minute.
Add grated paneer and cook for a minute on medium heat.
Next, add grated cheese and cook for a minute on low heat.
Turn off the heat and let it cool down.
Meanwhile, heat the nonstick pan, pour the dosa batter and spread it in a circular shape.
Drizzle some oil and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes on medium-low heat.
Add spinach mixture to the dosa and roll it.
Serve immediately with coconut chutney or onion chutney.
