Palak Paneer Cheese Dosa Recipe

If you want to give a new twist to regular dosa, make this Indian fusion  Palak Paneer Cheese recipe. It tastes different but delicious.

Numbers - 4


  • 2 tbsp oil 

  • 1 large onion 

  • 1 tsp ginger - garlic paste  

  • 1 bunch spinach/palak  

  • Salt to taste 

  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala 

  • 1 tbsp coriander powder 

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 

  • 1/2 cup grated paneer  

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese 

  • Dosa batter  


  1. Heat the oil in a nonstick pan. 

  2. Add chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes. 

  3. Next, add ginger - garlic paste and saute for a minute. 

  4. Add chopped spinach and salt and cook the spinach until done. 

  5. Add red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and turmeric powder. 

  6. Stir and cook the spices for a minute. 

  7. Add grated paneer and cook for a minute on medium heat. 

  8. Next, add grated cheese and cook for a minute on low heat. 

  9. Turn off the heat and let it cool down. 

  10. Meanwhile, heat the nonstick pan, pour the dosa batter and spread it in a circular shape.  

  11. Drizzle some oil and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes on medium-low heat. 

  12. Add spinach mixture to the dosa and roll it.  

  13. Serve immediately with coconut chutney or onion chutney.
