Cream of Pumpkin Soup | Pumpkin Soup Recipe For Halloween


  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • 1 medium-sized onion

  • 100g potato

  • 100g carrot 

  • 250g pumpkin

  • Approx. 500 ml of water

  • Salt and pepper


  1. Heat the oil in a pot and then add garlic, sauté for a minute. 

  2. Next, add onion and sauté for a minute.  

  3. Now, add potato, carrot, one after one and sauté. 

  4. Add pumpkin and water. 

  5. Cook for 15 minutes or until the vegetables become tender. 

  6. Add pepper and salt, and then blend it to a puree. 

  7. Now, cream and stir well; cook for 2 minutes on low heat.
