Ingredients:
1 kg chicken
2-3 green chillies (chopped)
2 tablespoons garlic (chopped)
1 tablespoon ginger (chopped)
2 tablespoons oil
½ lemon juice
¼ cup mint leaves (chopped)
¼ cup coriander leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 teaspoons salt (or as needed)
Method:
Add chicken, green chillies, garlic, ginger, oil, and lemon juice.
Add mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Add pepper powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
Mix everything well so the chicken is coated nicely with spices.
Cover and cook on medium flame for 5 minutes.
Open and mix again.
Cook until the chicken is fully done and slightly dry.
If you like, roast over high heat for a few minutes for extra flavour and a slight crispiness.
