  • 1/4 cup mixed bell peppers 

  • 1/4 cup cucumber 

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes 

  • 1/4 cup white onion 

  • 1/2 cup canned kidney beans 

  • 1/4 cup canned corn  

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 

  • Pepper to taste 

  • Kala namak or salt to taste 

  • Chaat masala to taste 

  • Coriander  



  1. In a large bowl, add mixed bell peppers, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, white onion, canned kidney beans, canned corn, lemon juice, pepper to taste, kala namak or salt to taste, chaat masala to taste and coriander. 

  2. Mix well and serve immediately.
