Samosa Without Potato | Onion Samosa | Irani Samosa | Tortilla Onion Samosa
½ cup onion (Finely chopped)
½ cup poha
1 green chilli (Finely chopped)
Salt to taste
½ tsp amchoor powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
½ cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger (Finely chopped)
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 ½ tbsp water
Mix all the ingredients except tortilla and keep that aside.
Mix flour and water, make a paste.
Fold the tortilla into a triangle and cut it into four equal-sized pieces.
Apply flour paste & make a cone shape.
Fill the mixture in the cone, then close the edge (Don’t overfill).
Heat the oil and fry them in medium hot oil.
Fry them until they are crisp & golden in colour.
Note: Serve immediately as samosas or serve cold as stuffed pooris.
