Paneer Mint Tikka | Grill Pan Paneer Tikka
20 to 25 mint leaves
Salt to taste
2 tbsp yoghurt
1 tbsp gram flour
2 tbsp oil
3 green chillies
4 to 5 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp lemon juice
Grind mint leaves, ginger, garlic, chilli along with the yoghurt into a very fine paste.
Transfer the paste to a bowl, add garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Cut the paneer into 3/4- inch slices, dip and coat the paneer. Marinate the paneer at least 30 mins.
Heat oil the on a nonstick grill pan and fry the paneer on medium heat. Flip and cook both the sides evenly.
