Freezable Pizza Base Without Oven | JUST WRAP IT & STORE IT!
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
7g active dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cups all-purpose flour
In a large bowl, add warm water and sugar, dissolve the sugar.
Now add the dry yeast and mix well.
Cover and let the yeast rest for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, stir in the flour, salt and oil.
Combine all ingredients until smooth.
Cover the dough and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and tuck the underside into itself for the smoothing top.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and keep that aside.
Roll balls into thick circles and prick with a fork several times.
Heat the pan and reduce the heat on medium-low heat; place one dough circle on the pan.
Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes per side, or until the pizza base is puffed, gently pushing on a puffed pizza base with a spatula.
Repeat with remaining dough circles.
Let cooked pizza base cool for 5 minutes before freezing or refrigerating.
Heat a pan over medium-low heat and place the pizza base.
Apply pizza sauce, spread with desired toppings and cover the lid.
Cook over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
