Lamb Seekh Kabab Without Oven | Grilled Seekh Kebab
1/2 kg lamb mince
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp black salt
1/4 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
1 green chilli (finely chopped)
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped)
Some fresh coriander
In a large bowl mix all the above ingrediants well.
Divide the lamb mixture into eight equal portions.
Shape it each portion like a sausage around a skewer tightly. Repeat with remaining skewers.
Cook on a grill for 15-20 minutes over medium heat, turning every 2 minutes to ensure even cooking.
Serve with a wedge of lemon and fresh mint chutney.
