Eggless Chocolate Cupcakes | Chocolate Cupcakes Without Oven & Without Egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk
¼ cup melted unsalted butter
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 litre water
Combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, & salt. Mix well.
Add the melted butter, evaporated milk, and vanilla. Combine all the ingredients well.
Grease the cupcakemolds with melted butter, place them in a metal colander & fill each one with the mixture.
Boil water and place the metal colander. Cover, and steam for about 15 - 20 minutes.
