Rava Roti | Semolina Roti
1cup Rava/ semolina
1 1/2 cup water
1 tbsp oil
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 green chilli finely chopped
Some finely chopped Coriander Leaves
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp salt
Heat water, add salt & cumin seeds.
Add Rava & mix it without any lumps
Cover & cook on low heat for about 5 mins,
Let it cool down completely then add onion, chilli, and coriander, mix well.
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts pat them on greased wax paper as thin as possible
Then heat the tawa drizzle some oil.
Cook the roti for 1/2 min before turning over.
Apply some oil, Cook each side about 1 to 2 mins
