Restaurant Style Palak Paneer | Without Garlic & Onion
2 cups spinach (cooked and pureed)
150 grams cottage cheese (paneer)
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp ginger
½ teaspoon cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Heat butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds and sauté until it changes colour.
Add ginger and green chilli, sauté well. Add prepared spinach puree and mix well. Cover and cook.
Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder, mix lightly and cook. Add cottage cheese and cook for a minute on low heat.
