Mushroom Fry Recipe | Mushroom Starter Recipe Indian
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup dry curry leaves
1 tbsp garlic powder
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
1 tbsp lemon juice
Clean mushrooms of all their dirt and trim the stems, slice them and set them aside.
Melt butter in a heavy-bottomed vessel, add curry leaves and sauté for a few secs then remove.
Add garlic powder (Do not burn).
Add the mushrooms and sauté on medium-high for 2-3 mins.
Add salt, chilli powder, and pepper powder and mix.
Add Ajinomoto, lemon juice, and mix.
Cook for about 5 mins or until mushrooms is dry.
