Masala Cauliflower | Gobi Masala Recipe | Cauliflower Curry Recipe
2 tbsp oil
1 red onion
1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
1 1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
4 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp Lemon juice
Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and sauté for a minute.
Then reduce the heat add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
Add carrot & cauliflower and cook for a minute and then add curry powder, paprika powder & garam masala, mix well.
Now add salt, yogurt and lemon juice, mix well.
Cover & cook for 3-4 minutes or until its done.
Add some coriander mix well and serve with naan roti chapati or rice.
