Keto/Vegan 2 in 1 Recipe - Aglio e Olio Mushroom without Spaghetti | Mushroom Stir Fry

2 tbsp olive oil
5 - 6 garlic cloves, chopped
200g button mushrooms
100g cherry tomatoes
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp onion powder
Chilli flakes to taste
Heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add garlic and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes or until aromatic.
Add the mushrooms, stir & cook for 10 minutes. Next, add cherry tomatoes, pepper, salt, onion powder, and chilli flakes.
Stir & cook for 5 minutes or until the vegetables look evenly browned and softened.
Add the chopped basil leaves and stir well.
Serve as an appetizer or main course.
