Alfredo Chicken Pasta | Chicken Alfredo Recipe - Easy Dinner
1 tbsp butter
80 ml of cream
80 ml of milk
1 tbsp garlic
150g boneless chicken
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
Parsley for garnish
1 ½ cup cooked pasta
Melt butter in a medium, non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and chicken.
Add chicken, salt and pepper. Saute.
Add 80 ml cream, milk and parmesan cheese. Cook the chicken for 5 mins.
Add pasta and mix well.
Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
