Bread Dosa in 5 Minutes | Breakfast Recipe
4 - 5 bread slices
1/2 cup water
1 cup mixed bell pepper
1/2 cup onion
2 tbsp coriander
1 green chilli
4 tbsp cheddar cheese
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Break the bread into small pieces.
Add water and mash the bread to a fine paste.
Add bell pepper, onion, coriander, chilli, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, and eggs to a large bowl.
Mix all the dry ingredients well.
Now, add bread paste, and mix well.
Heat up a nonstick pan and reduce the heat to low.
Pour the batter with a spoon and gently spread the batter to a thick pancake.
Increase the heat and cook that on medium heat.
Drizzle some oil on the top and cover and cook for a minute or until the base is golden.
When the base becomes golden and crisp, gently flip and cook the other side for a minute or until done.
