Kaki Fruit Kesari Bath Recipe | Rava Kesari Bath With Kaki Fruit | Semolina Pudding Recipe
1/4 cup ghee
3 tbsp cashew nuts
2 tbsp raisins
1 cup semolina
2 cups warm milk + 1 tbsp milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup kaki fruit chunks
Chop the kaki fruits into small chunks. Melt the ghee and add cashew nuts and raisins, fry until golden brown.
Add semolina and roast until aromatic, then add 1 1/2 cups milk, stir & cook.
Add sugar and 1/2 cup milk, mix well and cook on low heat.
Mix cardamom powder with one tablespoon of milk and add that as well.
Finally, add Kaki chunks, mix gently, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on low heat. ( do not overcook the fruits).
Serve kaki fruit Kesari bath immediately.
Note: Use mango or pineapple instead of kaki fruit.
