Instant Kalakand | Burfi | Sweet Recipe
300g crumbled paneer
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup unsweetened condensed milk
1tbsp all-purpose flour
1 tbsp kewra water
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Some almonds & pistachio for garnish
In a nonstick pan, add paneer sugar, unsweetened condensed milk and all-purpose flour.
Mix well, and then turn on the stove. Cook on low heat with constant stirring.
Next, add kewra water and cardamom powder.
Keep stirring until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Transfer the mixture and spread it onto wax paper or a greased plate.
Sprinkle some almonds, pistachio, and press gently.
Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut it into squares.
