3 cups Seedless Dates (coarsely ground)
2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
1 tbsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)
1 1/2 tsp Edible Gum (Optional)
1/2 cup Almonds (Chopped)
1/2 cup Pistachios (Chopped)
1/2 cup Cashews (Chopped)
1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
1/4 tsp Cardamom powder
Coarsely grind the dates and keep that aside.
Heat the pan, dry roast poppy seeds and remove.
Melt the ghee fry edible gum until puffy, remove from the ghee and crush.
Add almonds, pistachios and cashews fry for 2 to 3 mins and then add roasted poppy seeds.
Add nutmeg powder cardamom powder & gum powder, mix well.
Now add dates, mix well. Let it cool down.
Grease your palms take some mixture and roll into a ball.
