Ingredients For the Dough:
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon olive oil + (extra oil)
1/2 teaspoon salt
11/2 cups all-purpose flour
Ingredients For the Paneer Marination:
100-150g paneer
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon salt or salt to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil
Ingredients For the Garlic Oil:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Other Ingredients:
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Green bell pepper
Red onion
Sweet chilli pepper
Pizza seaning and chilli flakes
Method:
Mix lukewarm water, sugar, and dry yeast in a bowl until they dissolve.
Let it rest for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add olive oil, salt, and all-purpose flour to the bowl.
Mix and knead the dough for about 8 to 10 minutes until it's smooth.
Brush the dough with olive oil and cover it.
Let it rise for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
While waiting for the dough, prepare the veggies and paneer.
In a bowl, add paneer, red chili powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, salt and olive oil.
Mix well and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. Set aside.
After the dough rises, punch it down and divide it into pieces.
Roll out one piece of dough into a pizza crust and place it on the baking tray.
Poke the crust with a fork and spread pizza sauce on top.
Add mozzarella cheese, veggies, and paneer.
Brush the pizza edge with garlic oil.
pizza at 180°C in a preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is golden.
Sprinkle chili flakes and pizza seasoning on top before serving.
Slice the pizza and enjoy!
