Low Carb Keto Pasta - To Make This Recipe, I Didn't use any PASTA, but it tasted exactly like pasta. Keto pasta was inspired by Sara Ali Khan.
Servings - 1
1/2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic
1/3 cup tomato paste
Salt to taste
2 tbsp cheese
Chilli flakes to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp avocado oil
8 - 10 cherry tomatoes
150g boneless chicken
Melt the butter in a pan and add garlic.
Saute the garlic until golden brown.
Add tomato paste and salt, stir and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
Next, add cheese and melt.
Stir in the chilli flakes and 1/2 tsp oregano.
Add cream and mix well.
Add 1/2 tsp avocado oil, cherry tomatoes, 1/2 tsp oregano, pepper, salt and chilli flakes in a different pan.
Saute and cook for 2 minutes and transfer.
Add 1/2 tsp avocado oil, zucchini, and salt.
Cook for 2 minutes or until done (Don't over-cook the zucchini).
Transfer the zucchini and add chicken to the pan.
Add pepper and salt, stir and cook until done.
Add the prepared sauce, cooked cherry tomato, and cooked zucchini.
Combine well and garnish with basil.
