Wheat Flour Gobi Paratha Recipe with Liquid Dough in 10 Minutes | No Rolling No Kneading Paratha


  • 1 1/2 cups of cauliflower head, finely grated 

  • 1/2 tablespoon salt 

  • 2 cups wheat flour 

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander powder 

  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder 

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely grated

  • 1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated 

  • Fresh coriander

  • 4 cups of water (extra if needed) 

  • Oil  


  1. Rinse the cauliflower head and then grate the cauliflower with a fine grater. 

  2. Add the grated cauliflower and salt to a microwave-safe bowl and mix well. 

  3. Now, microwave the cauliflower for 2 minutes and let it cool down completely. 

  4. In a large bowl, mix in the wheat flour, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, garlic, ginger and fresh coriander.   

  5. Next, add 4 cups of water and mix the liquid dough.  

  6. Once the dough is ready, add the cooked cauliflower and mix well.  

  7. Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes for better results. 

  8. Heat the nonstick pan and pour the liquid dough over the hot pan. 

  9. Drizzle 1 tsp of oil, cover, and cook the paratha on medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes. 

  10. Let the base turn crispy golden brown, and then flip the paratha. 

  11. Press to cook the paratha evenly for a minute or cook until it's done. 

  12. Finally, serve liquid dough gobi paratha immediately with curd or coconut chutney.
