Wheat Flour Gobi Paratha Recipe with Liquid Dough in 10 Minutes | No Rolling No Kneading Paratha
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of cauliflower head, finely grated
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 cups wheat flour
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 tablespoon garlic, finely grated
1 teaspoon ginger, finely grated
Fresh coriander
4 cups of water (extra if needed)
Oil
Method:
Rinse the cauliflower head and then grate the cauliflower with a fine grater.
Add the grated cauliflower and salt to a microwave-safe bowl and mix well.
Now, microwave the cauliflower for 2 minutes and let it cool down completely.
In a large bowl, mix in the wheat flour, garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, garlic, ginger and fresh coriander.
Next, add 4 cups of water and mix the liquid dough.
Once the dough is ready, add the cooked cauliflower and mix well.
Cover and keep aside for 5 minutes for better results.
Heat the nonstick pan and pour the liquid dough over the hot pan.
Drizzle 1 tsp of oil, cover, and cook the paratha on medium heat for 1 or 2 minutes.
Let the base turn crispy golden brown, and then flip the paratha.
Press to cook the paratha evenly for a minute or cook until it's done.
Finally, serve liquid dough gobi paratha immediately with curd or coconut chutney.
