10 Minutes & 3 Ingredients Cookies | Atta Brownie Cookies


  • 1 cup Wheat Flour / Atta

  • 1 Egg

  • 1 cup Nutella

  • Hazelnuts (Optional)


  1. Preheat the oven to 180° C.

  2. In a large bowl add Nutella and egg.

  3. Whisk for a minute or until well combined and thick.

  4. Add in the flour in 3 batches, stir until well combined.

  5. The mixture will form a thick dough but should be moist enough to roll into balls.

  6. Roll about two tablespoons of dough into balls, flatten them slightly and place the cookies on a baking sheet.

  7. Bake the cookies for 8-10 minutes, until they are cooked around the edges and still slightly soft in the middle.

  8. Let it cool on the baking sheet for 4 to 5  minutes.

Store in an airtight container for several days or freeze for more extended storage.
