Chicken Kalmi Kebab | Pan Kalmi Kebab
1/2 cup Yogurt
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Cream
3 tbsp Cashew Paste
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Pepper Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Red Food Coloring
Salt to taste
8 Chicken Drumsticks
Clean chicken pieces, pat dry and keep that aside.
Take a clean bowl, put ginger-garlic paste, salt and vinegar and mix well.
Add chicken, rub well and keep aside.
In a large bowl, whisk in the yoghurt, lemon juice, cream, cashew paste and oil.
Then add remaining ingredients and mix well.
In this mixture add chicken drumsticks and coat well.
Cover & refrigerate up to 2 hours or overnight.
In a heavy bottom nonstick pan place the chicken.
Cover & cook about 2-3 mins per side or
Cook until the sauce gets thick and chicken gets dry.
Serve hot with onion and mint chutney.
