Baked Churros | How To Make Easy Homemade Churros | Churros Recipe
1 cup water
4 to 6 tbsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
For the hot chocolate:
250g semisweet chocolate
3/4 cup heavy cream
In a pot, add water, sugar salt and butter.
Bring to a boil and melt the butter. Turn off heat and add in flour.
Stir the flour until well combined and becomes a smooth dough.
Add in eggs and stir and beat until fully incorporated. Scoop the dough into a star tip piping bag.
Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and pipe churros.
Bake at 220 °C for 20 t0 25 minutes.
Add chocolate and heavy cream to a microwave bowl.
Microwave for 50 to 60 seconds and whisk.
Pour chocolate into a small cup and serve with churros.
